Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
B’s Buzz offers several convenient ways to receive your gift.
Order Timeline: Customized orders for pickup or local delivery must be placed at least one week before the date needed. Shipped orders must be placed at least two weeks before the date needed.
Free Local Pickup: Orders may be picked up by appointment at the Benchmark Realty office in Mount Juliet. You will be contacted when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time.
Local Delivery: Local delivery is available throughout Nashville and up to approximately 30 minutes outside of Nashville.
- Orders of $100 or more receive complimentary local delivery.
- Orders under $100 are subject to a $15 delivery fee.
- Deliveries beyond the local delivery area may be available for an additional charge based on location.
The $100 minimum is based on the product subtotal before taxes, delivery fees, or shipping costs.
Shipping: Shipping is available for select gifts and personalized items. Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of the order. Some oversized, fragile, perishable, or alcohol-related items may not be eligible for shipping.
